Your Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your own desk within a high‑demand UK niche
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: client development → candidate placement

- Negotiate terms, close deals, and strategically grow your market presence
- Collaborate with an ambitious, driven team to consistently hit and exceed targets

- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or client management (B2B or B2C)
