We are now seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Team in Wrexham. This isn’t just any role; this is a role that will make a real difference. Join us today.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting people to live independently, which can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, pay bills, do housework, organise appointments, and cook.
  • Encouraging and supporting activities in the service and out in the community.
  • Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
  • Being responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.
  • Administering medication when required; full training will be given.
  • Experience with autism is an advantage.
