Roman Park is a 14-bedded residential service in Syston where we support adults with learning disabilities and autism.

- This position is 40 hours per week, working across a variety of shift patterns. We can also provide additional flexibility offering part time hours or even waking nights only.

What you’ll be doing:
- Enabling and supporting people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
- Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
- Shift patterns will include 8 am-3 pm, 7 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 9 pm, 8 am to 8 pm, 3 pm- 10 pm, waking nights 8 pm-8 am. Sleep‑ins and weekend working required.
- This position is 40 hours per week, working across a variety of shift patterns. We can also provide additional flexibility offering part time hours or even waking nights only.
- Occasionally the opportunity to accompany our residents on holidays abroad or in the UK may occur.
