We are looking for a Support Worker to join our established supported living service on Hamble Road, Swindon.

What you’ll be doing:
- You will be supporting a lady 2 to 1 who has learning disabilities, ADHD, and complex needs, with various levels of independence - it's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference.
- Promoting the independence of the lady you will be supporting and taking part in her chosen activities.
- May involve occasional lone working.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Shifts will involve early mornings, late nights, nights, and weekends.
