We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Service in Preston.

What you’ll be doing:

The people we support have various mental health needs. It’s challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference. This isn’t just any role; this is a role greatly impacting the lives of the people we support. You’ll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community. You will work to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs and participate enthusiastically about their likes and wants. This is within a residential service.

Flexibility is required as shifts can include days, evenings, and sleeps.
