Overview
We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker. Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This is your chance to make a significant impact in the lives of others while working in a vibrant and supportive environment as part of a strong and passionate team. As a Support Worker with Potens, you’ll do more than just work a shift — you’ll help create joy, independence, and new opportunities for the people we support.
What we’ll give you
- £13.10 per hour.
- 35 hours per week – shifts will include 7 am-2 pm, 2 pm-9 pm and waking nights 9 pm-7 am. Weekend working is required on a rota basis.

- You will need to live within 15 miles of Tibshelf due to shift times.
