Potens in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our day centre and outreach services. You will support adults with complex physical and learning disabilities, including autism, in promoting wellbeing and independence.
You’ll work 1-1, help with personal care, build relationships, and enable access to community and leisure activities. Drivers preferred with own car and business insurance; shifts are 7 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends; sponsorship is not available.
