We are looking for a recovery coordinator to join our Services in Conwy. Would you like to support and encourage others to develop their skills to live as independently as possible? If yes, this is the role for you!

What you’ll be doing:

The people we support are adults who present with Korsakoff's Syndrome (alcohol-related brain damage) and mental health needs. You will be supporting and encouraging the people we support to engage in activities that enable recovery and develop skills to live as independently as possible. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are. Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills. Support with Managing Finances and Budgeting for activities. Create weekly activity planners and facilitate activity sessions/recovery groups. Providing a monthly journal of outcomes and good news stories. Supporting the people we support to identify recovery star goals and achieving outcomes.

Shift patterns: to work Monday 9-4pm, Thursday 9-4pm and Friday 10-4pm. This is within a residential environment & rehabilitation service for 39 individuals.

  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
  • Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
