Regents Park is a residential service for 7 individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and sensory needs.
Regents Park has been providing specialist residential support in Exeter, Devon, since 2000. The service is home to seven residents, many of whom have built strong bonds over the years. Regents Park is a lovely traditional building with easy access to the local community, including shops, leisure activities, and even the beautiful Devon coastline.
What we'll give you:
- £12.80 per hour.
- Full time 36 hours per week. Varied shifts between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm. You will be required to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing proactive, flexible, positive, and caring support to adults living in our service.
- Enabling and supporting people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
- Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs.
- Working effectively as part of a team and with a 'can do' attitude.
- Will be a part of developing and implementing person centred care plans.
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Personal care.
- Working varied shifts between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm.
- Shared Lives Carers are classed as self-employed and receive generous tax incentives
- Leicestershire County Council Shared Lives Service
- To be discussed at Interview / Next stage depending on experience.
