At our specialist service in Perranporth, we support adults with learning disabilities and or autism who may exhibit behaviours that can challenge. Tarrant House is a Residential Care Home consisting of seven rooms within the main house, which have been tailored to suit each person’s individual personality and needs.

£13.80 per hour.
37.5 Hours per week. Shifts will include earlies, lates and sleep-ins. Weekend working is also required. We could also consider part time hours- happy to discuss.
You will have every third weekend off (3 days off together).

What you’ll be doing:
Providing proactive, flexible, positive and caring support to adults living in our service.
Enabling and supporting people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs.
Working effectively as part of a team and with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Will be a part of developing and implementing person centred care plans.
To be discussed at Interview / Next stage depending on experience.
