Support Worker
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.

Larwood House, located in Kirkby in Ashfield, is a registered residential care home for up to 9 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
What we’ll give you
We will ensure you are rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:
- 35 hours per week.
Shifts will include 7: 00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and waking nights 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Sleep in shifts may also be required, 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Will involve weekend and Bank holiday working.

- Taking part in the chosen activities and interests of the people we support.
- Meeting the individual needs of the people we support.
- Supporting with cooking, cleaning, and everyday tasks.
- Supporting to increase levels of confidence and everyday skills.
