Potens is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support adults with mental health needs in Langley Moor. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with day shifts at £12.71 per hour and full training opportunities, including Care Certificate and NVQ levels 2–5.

You will help clients engage in community activities, boost skills, and build confidence in a person-centred environment. Weekend and bank holiday work is required; access to a pension, free parking, and employee assistance are provided.
