What you'll be doing:
- Supporting people to live independently, which can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, paying bills, housework, organising appointments and cooking.
- Supporting in the community - helping people access activities and days out.
- Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
- Being responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.
- Administering medication when required; full training will be given.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and age-related mobility needs, you will support the residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care and community participation.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that's required for the service needs.
- Shifts are variable on a 4-week rolling rota, Monday-Sunday, including sleep-in duties.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
