We have an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team! This is a great role for you to continue your career in care or if you're new to the care sector we have a comprehensive learning package that will support you in your new role and give you all the tools to do the job!

Supporting people to live independently, this can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, paying bills, housework, organising appointments and cooking. Supporting in the community - Supporting people to access activities and days out. Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living. Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support. Administering medication when required; full training will be given.

Supporting Adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and age-related mobility needs, you will support the residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care and community participation. Working to maintain a high level of support that's required for the service needs. Shifts are variable on a 4-week rolling rota, Monday-Sunday, including sleep-in duties. Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.

We want individuals with a passion to support others and make a difference in their everyday lives. Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities? Have experience in learning disabilities and behavioural needs. Flexible shift pattern to include days, evenings, sleep nights, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays.
