We are looking for 2 Senior Support Workers for our service in Leyland. 1 for 40 hours per week and another for 20 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance and knowledge with all regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular staff supervisions and training sessions to promote professional development within the service
- Support the staff team to maintain a high level of care that is required for the needs of the People We Support and for the service
- Liaise with external agencies, families, and other MDT to ensure cohesive care planning and delivery
- Support the Registered Manager with the rota system, incorporating 1-2-1 hours for the People We Support
- Have good knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance

- Must have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role within health and social care
- Have a minimum of NVQ level 3 and be willing to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Leadership
