We are looking to recruit Support Workers to join our established team based in Drumary House, Derrygonnelly, BT93 6GA. Whether new to the role or an existing support worker, our training package means we can have you up to speed with the standard of care we deliver. Using our buddy system, there's always someone about to listen and support you as you train.

Supporting Adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and age-related mobility needs, you will support the residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care, and community participation. This is within our residential care service situated on the outskirts of a small village for up to 15 people. We want individuals with a passion to support others and make a difference in their everyday lives.

Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities? Flexible shift pattern to include days, evenings, sleep nights, waking nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
