What you’ll be doing
- Providing general administration assistance to the Registered Manager and operational team within the service.
- Answering the telephone/door in a busy residential home.
- Daily cash handling.
- Record-keeping, including uploading and maintaining information within our systems.
Who you are
- Previous experience in an administrator role is essential.
- Knowledge and experience within a social care setting would be preferred but not essential.
- You will have excellent IT skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You will be extremely organised and can manage your time effectively.
- You will have excellent communication and engagement skills.
