We have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.
Here at Oakleigh, we provide residential care for up to 11 adults who have a range of needs, including learning difficulties, mental health needs, autism, and some behaviours perceived to be challenging. We are located within the seaside town of Dawlish.

What you'll be doing:
- There is very little personal care required; the people we support mostly require prompting and guiding.
- Supporting our residents with their daily practical activities, shopping, food preparation, support with cooking, cleaning, and laundry, etc.
- Supporting with accessing the community and taking part in a range of activities, including walking, swimming, theatre and cinema trips, day trips out, and attending music events.
