Potens seeks a dedicated Support Worker to provide active support for residents at Heathfield Gardens in Tibshelf. You will be part of a caring team delivering person-centred care and enabling independence.
The role offers a 35-hour week with rotating shifts (7am–2pm, 2pm–9pm, and nights 9pm–7am) and a pension scheme, training, and development opportunities including NVQ levels 2–5 and Care Certificate.
