What you’ll be doing:
The people we support have various disabilities such as learning disabilities, mental health needs or complex needs with some behaviours perceived to be challenging. This isn’t just any role; it greatly impacts the lives of the people we support. You'll support on a 1-1, 2-1 or shared basis, promoting independence and to gain confidence within the community and in their own home. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are. Driving is preferred but not essential. This role is within a domiciliary service, based within the home and community.
