We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Waking Night Support Worker at our service in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You'll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Personal care will be required.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Support throughout the night is required from time to time; this will involve routine checks, providing support if someone wakes up unsettled and completing various other tasks within the service.
  • Working within a residential setting with adults who may have learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
