We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a female support worker at our service in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Personal care will be required.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Working within a residential setting with 4 adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.
- Be part of an on-call system once a week after probation.
