We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for an Administrator to cover maternity leave for our Domiciliary Care Agency in Derrygonnelly.

Knockmore is a Domiciliary Service that offers a range of services to people with learning disabilities living within the local community. The service can offer a range of daytime opportunities including social and leisure activities as well as educational support to people who may display challenging behaviour.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing general administration assistance to the Registered Manager and operational team within the service
  • Answering telephone/door in a busy care home
  • Daily cash handling
  • Record keeping including the uploading and maintaining of information within our systems

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in an administrator role is essential
  • Knowledge and experience within a social care setting would be preferred but not essential
  • You will have excellent IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • You will be extremely organised and can manage your time effectively
  • You will have excellent communication and engagement skills
