This role is based within a supported living service located in Wrexham, where we provide personalised, specialist support to individuals who primarily have learning and/or physical disabilities.

What we’ll give you:

  • 40 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be supporting individuals and promoting their independence to gain confidence living within their homes, and also in accessing the community.
  • Personal care is required for some individuals.
  • You will work to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.
