- £33,000 per annum increasing to £34,320 on completion of successful probation period and CQC registration is passed.

Who you are:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker or at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager.
- Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Health & social care, or willingness/ability to work towards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to listen attentively to others.
- Experience of supervising and supporting staff and deploying staff resources efficiently to meet the needs of the service.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments with the people we support and devise support and risk management plans.
- You will embrace continuous improvement, sharing best practice with an open mind to learning.
