Base Pay Range: £12.95 per hour weekdays and £13.20 at weekends. Full Time, 36 hours per week. Flexible shift patterns available to promote work/home life balance; a combination of early, late, and long days may be required. What you’ll be doing:

  • Support people across a range of activities, including swimming, cinema, theatre, outdoor pursuits, forest school, shopping, pub visits, and holiday accompaniment.
  • Provide a homely environment for people with learning disabilities, encouraging continuous education and stimulation.
  • Encourage choice and involvement, support with personal care, and help develop life skills.
  • Take part in activities and support daily tasks.
