We are looking for a Female Waking Night Support worker to join our Service in Llandudno. Are you as passionate about providing support to others? Please note this is a temporary role for 9 months.

What we’ll give you:

The people we support have learning disabilities; it’s challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference. This isn’t just any role; this is a role that greatly impacts the lives of the people we support. Can you commit?

  • You’ll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • This is within a busy, vibrant residential service.

Who you are:

  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
  • Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
  • Must be flexible as shifts can include weekends.
  • Females only due to service requirements.
