We are looking to recruit a Waking Night Support Worker to join our established team based in Queen's Court (Oak unit), Old Colwyn.
What we’ll give you:
- £13.00 per hour.
- 36 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:
- The people we support are adults who have a range of diverse needs.
- Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
This is within a large, spacious Victorian residential house with extensive gardens.
Who you are:
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Have an NVQ level 2 or are willing to work towards it.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
- Quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
- Flexible as shifts will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, and may need to do additional nights depending on service requirements.
- Personal care is required.
