We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Senior Support Worker. Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. What we’ll give you:
- £14.00 per hour.
- 35 hours per week – shifts will include 7 am-2 pm, 2 pm-9 pm and waking nights 9 pm-7 am. Weekend working is required on a rota basis.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the staff team.
- Delivering high-quality person-centred care.
- Support people to live their lives to the full and as independently as possible.
- Ensure individuals are fully involved in all aspects of their care – supporting their choices.
- Support people to make choices in their daily living activities.
- Manage care plans, risk assessments & medication (MAR).
- Ensure CQC compliance and completion of audits.
Who you are:
- An existing Senior Support Worker or an experienced Support Worker looking to progress.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to complete).
- Compassionate, organised, and thrives in a busy environment.
- Driver preferred but not essential.
