Are you looking for a change in your current support role? Could you support our service users to encourage independence and make a difference in their daily lives? We are looking for a Female Support Worker to join our team at our service in Telford.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Personal care will be required.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • This is within an adult-supported living service with 13, and they all have their own self-contained flat.

Who you are:

  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
  • Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
  • Experience in the care sector is preferred.
  • Females only due to service requirements.
