What we’ll give you:
- £12.95 per hour weekdays and £13.20 at weekends.
- Full time 40 hours per week.
- Flexible shift patterns available to promote work/home life balance, so a combination of earlies, lates, and long days. Sleep-ins and waking nights may be required.
- Fuel allowance, £50 per month for full time staff and £25 per month for part time staff.

What you’ll be doing:
We support people across a range of activities that can include swimming, cinema, theatre, outdoor pursuits, forest school, and day to day tasks such as shopping, a visit to the pub or even accompanying them on holiday. Our main aim is to provide a homely environment for people with learning disabilities in which continuous encouragement, education, and stimulation are at the core element of supporting the people that live here with us at Bournebridge House. Encouraging choice and involvement, supporting with personal care, and gaining life skills. Supporting and taking part in activities.
