We are looking for a Support worker to join our team at our service in Telford.

What you’ll be doing
- You’ll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Personal care will be required.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- This is within an adult-supported living service of 13, and they all have their own self-contained flat.
Who you are
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
- Quick learner, hands‑on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
