We are looking for a Support worker to join our Service in Birkenhead

What you’ll be doing
- The people we support are adults who may have learning difficulties, behaviour that challenges and/or mental health issues
- Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Shifts are variable over a 4-week rolling rota, Monday-Sunday, inclusive of sleep-in duties.
- participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
- This is within a supported living service for up to 6 adults in their own flats.
Who you are
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
- Must be flexible due to service needs, as shifts can contain sleep-ins.
- Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
