We are looking for a support worker for our supported living service in Conwy, North Wales, where we support adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities and complex needs. Please note that sponsorship is not available.

  • We can accommodate 32 to 40 hours per week, preference to be discussed during pre‑screen

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting 1-1, promoting positive well‑being and independent living
  • Working within a supported living setting with adults who may have learning disabilities and or complex needs
  • Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support
  • May involve some personal care

Who you are:

  • The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs
  • Flexible with the ability to cover a variety of shifts, motivated and a team player
  • Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs is preferred but not essential.
