We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our Service in Wallasey. What we’ll give you:

What you’ll be doing:

  • The people we support are adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, Autism, and/or mental health needs.
  • Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Maintain and develop their community links and access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
  • Work closely alongside management and staff members to support when required.
  • Willing to be flexible as shift rotas will be between 08.00 am – 10.00 pm, working a minimum of 2 weekends a month (Times can change to suit service requirements).
  • Be part of the on-call rota, with the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager.
  • Support the management team with changes within the service.
