At our specialist service in Perranporth, we support adults with learning disabilities and or autism who may exhibit behaviours that can challenge.
Tarrant House is a Residential Care Home consisting of seven rooms within the main house, which have been tailored to suit each person’s individual personality and needs.

- 37.5 Hours per week. Shifts will include earlies, lates and sleep-ins. Weekend working is also required. We could also consider part time hours- happy to discuss .

What you’ll be doing
- Providing proactive, flexible, positive and caring support to adults living in our service.
- Enabling and supporting people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
- Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs.
- Working effectively as part of a team and with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Will be a part of developing and implementing person centred care plans.

Who you are
- Experience is not essential as full training and support will be given.
