If so, then this is an opportunity for you to join our dynamic team based in our Supported Living Home in Westhead. We are a lovely, quiet 5-bedroom home based in a small village close to Ormskirk and Skelmersdale.

What we’ll give you:

What you’ll be doing:

You will support adults who experience a range of health conditions and who have a Learning Disability to remain active and engage in community activities. This could be supporting people to develop their living skills, such as cooking, maintaining their living space, and managing their finances, so they can live independently again. You will help them source enjoyable community activities.
