We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role. Regents Park is a residential service for 7 individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and sensory needs. Regents Park has been providing specialist residential support in Exeter, Devon, since 2000. The service is home to seven residents, many of whom have built strong bonds over the years. Regents Park is a lovely traditional building with easy access to the local community, including shops, leisure activities, and even the beautiful Devon coastline.
What we’ll give you:
- £12.80 per hour.
- Full time 36 hours per week.
- Varied shifts between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm.
- You will be required to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing proactive, flexible, positive, and caring support to adults living in our service.
- Enabling and supporting people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
- Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs.
- Working effectively as part of a team and with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Will be a part of developing and implementing person centred care plans.

Who you are:
- The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.

- Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism is preferred, but not essential.
