We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker. This role is based within a supported living service located in Denbigh, where we provide personalised, specialist support to individuals with mental health needs and/or mild learning disabilities.
What we’ll give you:
- £13.00 per hour.
- 40 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
- You'll be supporting individuals and promoting their independence to gain confidence living within their homes, and also accessing the community.
- Personal care may be required for some individuals.
- You will work to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.
