What you’ll be doing:
- You will be supporting Adults with Autism, Mental Health, and Learning disability needs within our residential service.
- You will be supporting 1-1 and at times 2-1.
- Continue to promote positive well-being.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
- Personal care may be involved.
Who you are:
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
- Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
- Flexible as shifts can consist of long days, 8 am-10 pm, split shifts 8 am-2 am, 3 pm-10 pm and waking staff 9 pm-8 am, and working every other weekend.
