We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our Service in Birkenhead. Can you provide the right attitude and motivation to make a difference in the lives and care needs of the people we support? If you like where no two days are the same, read on, as this job is for you!

What we’ll give you:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and varying levels of independence
  • Collaborate with the service manager and staff to maintain high level of support required for service needs
  • Participate in an on‑call system
  • Complete weekly and monthly audits
  • Provide personal care as required
  • Maintain and develop community links and facilitate access to community and leisure pursuits to support independent living and life skills
  • Operate within an adult residential service setting
