What you’ll be doing:

  • Work alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of support workers.
  • Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being and independent living.
  • Be part of an on-call system shared between the manager and the senior.
  • This is within a residential service, enabling seven adults with mental health issues to live a full and meaningful life independently.
  • Whilst behaviours can sometimes be challenging, for a select few, this is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care, or willingness/ability to work towards.
