What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and age-related mobility needs,
- you will support the residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care, and community participation.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills
- Location 1: Supporting Male and Female: Magheramason, Derry / Londonderry BT47
- Location 2: Supporting Female only: 5 miles from Claudy, Derry / Londonderry BT47
