We are looking for a Support worker to join our Services in Magheramason, Derry, Londonderry BT47, Claudy, Derry, Londonderry BT47

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and age-related mobility needs,
  • you will support the residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care, and community participation.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills
  • Location 1: Supporting Male and Female: Magheramason, Derry / Londonderry BT47
  • Location 2: Supporting Female only: 5 miles from Claudy, Derry / Londonderry BT47
