Our service in Denbigh is looking for a Staff Nurse RMN/RNMH/RNLD

- What you’ll be doing
- Nurses are required for a recovery-focused, person-centred service. We work with the individuals in our care to achieve positive outcomes that are meaningful to them.
- Shifts of days and nights, including weekends. Degree of flexibility to meet your availability.
- Supporting adults through 24-hour nursing within a mental health care home.
- Promote recovery through individualised care planning and support, enabling individuals to integrate into the community and to move on to more independent living.
- Assess and monitor the physical and mental health of the people we support on a daily basis.

Who you are
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives, and staff.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred care plans for each person we support that meet their needs.
- Leading the shift with the support of the home manager, clinical lead, and a fully staffed team of experienced support workers.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to the team.
- Undertake medication administration.
- Ensure people we support are treated with privacy, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Promote and maintain a good working relationship with all external bodies and commissioners.
Must hold a valid NMC PIN.
