Potens Group is recruiting for a Waking Night Support Worker based at our mental health residential rehab home in Fulwood, Preston.

You will join a multidisciplinary team working across clinical settings, supporting adults with mental ill health to rebuild independent living and meaningful routines.

You will help with living skills, such as cooking and budgeting, and support wellbeing through coping strategies and connections to community activities.
