We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Waking Night Support Worker.

Moor Court Care Home in Bodenham, is a residential service where we support up to 14 adults with varied needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that can challenge.

Situated midway between Hereford and Leominster, we’re just a 10 minute drive away from these areas.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting individuals with their personal, physical, and emotional needs throughout the night.
  • Completion of nightly duties, including domestic and administrative tasks.
  • Undertaking training online and face to face where necessary.
  • Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
  • Personal care.
  • Shift times: 9 pm to 8 am.

Who you are

  • The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
  • Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Motivated and a team player.
  • Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that can challenge preferred but not essential.
  • Drivers preferred but not essential - all applicants must be able to travel to Bodenham.
