Potens Group is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker at Grange Mount, a supported living flat scheme in the heart of Birchand.
We support up to 6 adults with needs including learning disabilities, mental health needs and challenging behaviours, helping them lead independent lives within the community.
The role involves waking nights (10 pm–8 am), four nights per week, with weekends and bank holidays. A minimum of one year’s social care experience is required; females only.
