We are looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our residential service in Birkenhead. Can you provide the right attitude and motivation to make a difference in the lives and care needs of the people we support? If you like where no two days are the same, read on, as this is the job for you!

What you’ll be doing:

The people we support have learning disabilities, mental health needs, and different levels of independence - it's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference. This isn’t just any role; this is a role that greatly impacts the lives of the people we support. Can you commit?

  • Working within a team with occasional lone working to promote independence and encourage the people we support to access the community.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.

This is within an adult residential service. Shifts will involve early mornings, late nights, nights, and weekends. Shifts are 8.00 am - 4.00 pm, 2.00 pm - 10.00 pm, 12.00 pm - 8.00 pm, 10.00 am - 6.00 pm and Nights 10.00 pm - 8.00 am.
