Potens Group is seeking a Weekend Support Worker at Primavera House in Aldershot.
The role supports 6 young adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy and/or autism to live as independently as possible within their community.
Shifts are weekends with 26 hours per week, long days, and flexible coverage.
