Hello, we are Potato Art Studio, a lovely hand crafting studio that offers unique and interesting art activities to everyone. Since opening two years ago, we've grown rapidly, welcoming over 10,000 visitors from various age groups and countries. As we continue to expand, we're excited to invite a Creative Assistant Manager to join our team and help us take the studio to the next level.
We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Creative Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our new hybrid studios, where creativity meets café culture. In this role, you'll lead on all things creative, from training Studio Assistants to managing creative stock and coordinating private events. You'll work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and customers have a fantastic, joyful experience. If you love working with people, enjoy creative environments, and have a knack for organisation, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of creative sessions in the studio.
- Train and support Studio Assistants in facilitating art activities and maintaining quality.
- Manage creative session stock and supply levels.
- Be the main contact for all private event and creative-related enquiries.
- Ensure the creative side of the studio is clean, organised, and running efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure cohesive operations across the studio.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading or facilitating creative workshops or educational sessions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for creativity and sharing it with others.
- Comfortable managing events and interacting with a range of customers.
- Required to work weekends or evenings as needed.
